Hi all

mods feel free to move this if it is in the wrong place.

I am an owner occupier. I have a room rented out in my house. The tenant appears to be hoarding things in the room, like dishes etc. I have asked her to bring them down. I dont want this to escalute and would prefer to get her out, she has paid rent until next week. Can i give her a weeks notice to quit, even though the rent is paid by the month? she has only been her two months. Basically i just want to know what are my options here? any help would be greatly appreciated.
