just checked agfood to see were calves verified for payment. half of the calves are rejected, dates wrong for meal feeding, introduced 4-7 days too late for the full month required before weaning. feck but feel stupid now. any hope to get it sorted i wonder?

I THINK its at their discretion if they believe it was a genuine mistake or that you are just paperwork farming. I know people have had issues with them being complacent and being redirected from one person to the other but lately i have found when dealing with them is that when you find the person relevant to your particular request that they are reasonable people.

Use ICBF.com to record SCWS dates.

It will stop you entering wrong dates.

Act on it as fact as you can. I made a mistake last year with a couple, rang my farm advisor and he worded a letter for me which I typed up and sent off. They accepted my changes and i got paid on it.

If you are registered with agfood.ie you can do it. Think you can see if on ICBF as well if you are registered, but not 100% sure on that.
