how to change a4 b7 park lights?

Any tricks or a video perhaps on how to change the small park lights on a 2005 audi a4 b7. I have the covers opened and am able to get the dip light out but just cant get the park bulb out. I presume it comes out the back. must it be turned inside and pulled out or what? The is a fierce lack of room too.
