Multiple fillings at the same time

I have a completely irrational fear of the dentist and haven't been in years (9 or so). I got as far as the waiting room a few years ago but had to leave. I have a normal pain threshold but can't cope with the scraping and sound of drill and the sensation of the cotton wool and suction thing. Had braces years ago and nearly died (of fear!) when they filed the excess glue off. The fear I had then has developed into crazy irrational fear.
All of my teeth need a good clean and I reckon that 4 back teeth (1 upper right, 1 upper and the same lower need fillings. I don't mind paying for all of this in one go. Do you think it would be possible to do all of this at the same time under some kind of sedation? I presume valium or the likes rather that an actual anesthetic for some fillings, although I would love that! I can't imagine that I would go back for more if it couldn't be done all together- consultation or anything involving scraping or scraping noises included. Has anyone done anything like this?

I have exactly same fear! Its not the pain, more so the sensations and the noises, went to dentist last week, last vist was 4 years ago, having work done on my gums tomorrow and the dentist prescribed valium, its a great relief to know i wont be shaking in the seat this time round. Have never taken it before so hopefully will do the trick..
