Hi, i'm looking for advice please. I am a single mom of three children and am currently renting a house and struggling to pay the rent so have been trying to get rent allowance. My ex has a property in his name only and we built a house with a joint mortgage but the deeds are in his name only. we were never married and lived together on and off for 6 years. Does anyone know if i have legal rights to these houses.. i hope i don't as i badly need help with my rent!
