Gas Heating wont work

    Hi,

    Could someone tell me how to reset a gas boiler. My grandmothers heating stopped working today, we rang Bord Gais who said they would be 'out when they can'. We thought they would be out quicker because she is registered for priority support due to her medical equipment, but no.

    Which really isnt good enough, she is a weak elderly woman, she probably wouldn't survive a night or two in a cold house.

    Is there anything we could try to get the heating working?

    Thanks, but I just went and bought a few electric heaters to do until its fixed.
