    Looking for advice here.

    The deal expired on November 8th and I had purchased it the previous day.

    The fine print clearly states that delivery will occur 14 to 21 days after the close of the deal. That period ends today and I have not received anything.

    I spoke to a representative of Living Socials yesterday and they checked their records to confirm that I did purchase it. They also stated they have not received any tracking numbers for this item. I was told they would look into it and be in touch with me via email.

    I have not received any contact and its over 24 hours since I rang them.

    I have many people telling me I have been ripped off and I sure hope that is not the case

    I am a little confused - usually when you purchase a Living Social deal, you will receive a voucher or a code which allows you to procure the deal.

    Did you receive a voucher or a code from Living Social (which you would then have taken to the actual seller of the goods)?

    Usually when they say xx amount of days they mean working days so in theory 21 days would bring to around the 6th Dec if that makes sense, so I wouldn't be panicking too much, having said that i have never dealt with Living Social so dunno how they operate.

    Well this is different. They have a shop department and they seeks out businesses who want to sell items on their site.

    Anyway it was sorted today so I will be getting my order. I must say though they were slow in dealing with my query
