It's coming up on 4 years since I was attacked one night while stupidly walking home alone. My friends/family have been great support and for the most part I am over the ordeal.

I was taken in that night by the Guards, questioned, sent to hospital for tests etc, and the clothes I was wearing were taken in as evidence, as was my phone.

After a couple of weeks I got the phone back, but lately I have been wondering what happened to the clothes?

I know it will sound stupid/vain/materialistic but they were expensive/beautiful clothes, is there any chance that they would ever be returned?

Are they cut into pieces like you'd see on TV?

My shoes weren't taken that night, mostly because I forgot to bring them back in with me after the guards dropped me home to change.
