Fitness Centre - Restricted Access?

I am a student and on my UCard page on SISWeb it says: "USF - Restricted Student Access between 17:29 and 20:18" I think this refers to the Sports Centre, but what does 'restricted access' mean? No access at all, or just certain facilities? I'd like to use the gym some evening. :confused:

It's reserved for non-students at that time, as far as I know.
