anyone else annoyed at the lack of computer labs?

I'm starting to get quite annoyed at this. They just seem to be disappearing. Hub one? gone. Physics? Gone. SUAS computers are randomly disappearing too....

And then when you do get into one you'll be interrupted by a class, removing everyone from a lab with 50 PCs for a class of 15 people. Its ridiculous this close to exams.

There hasnt been one in physics for ages, the hub is almost completely closed off.

Computer labs cos a stupid amount to maintain, and laptops are very affordable now so they dont really need to keep too many off them.

There's a few in Health Science that if you get in early you'll get one.

That or get a library computer/laptop.

You get a free computer in the daedulus building most of the time, and usually if theres not much in a lab they let you sit in and do your own work.

Computer rooms have been indeed disappearing but I still find a place with ease during certain times and during other times I don't bother looking since it is pointless.

There used to be in physics indeed, but it has been replaced with some sort of study/tutorial room. The small one in Conway was really nice but was replaced by some sort of stupid room with ugly looking chairs.

The one on the ground floor in health science is gone now. Not sure if it was moved upstairs or whether that computer room was part of the library.
But yeah, less computer rooms.

To get to the 5th floor you don't enter the main library. There are purple doors just outside and you enter there, take the lift to the top. Can be pretty quiet up there. Something you can get a room to yourself and the wifi is not bad there either.

Its on past the sports center, basicaly the next building across the car park to the right,cant wait until next week being stuck there studying for exams next week,it has a cool coffe machine though
