    Hi

I've just replaced the ink cartridges in my printer. Before I replaced them the images all had a very yellow colour to them. When I printed an email the text was coming out yellow.

Unfortunately the problem has persisted after I've changed the cartridges.

    Any thoughts appreciated.

What Printer ? Did you re-align the printer heads ?

did you run the printer cleaning program after you changed the cartridge?

run the cleaning program and then the calibration/alignment program after... then print some black and white pages to clear out any residule ink that may drop on the pages... just reuse the same few pages until you dont see any yellow marks
