    had the unfortunate pleasure of having to ring the dept on tuesday
    on their "Low call" number, 25 minutes of being on hold cost me 17 euros
    only to be told that the call desk could not deal with my issue and they would
    have to get a supervisor to ring me back today, guess what....no phone call
    now ive got to put more credit in my phone which will probably be burned up
    on a held line and still get nowhere, is there any other numbers available for this
    dept as, im not sure they would answer any emails either
