Trasfer to DCU

Hi, I am currently studying Business in DIT and TBH I hate the collage. I want to move to another collage bu as its a level 6 cert and takes 2 years to complete places like UCC and UL won't accept me. Anyone know if DCU woud. Being told that if I want to go to UCC would have to re apply for 1 year and I know I would not…
