Can you set up an email notification for when a spreadsheet is modified?

    I have set up a couple of spreadsheets at work on a shared drive. The documents will be modified on a fairly regular basis by different members of the team. Is there any way to set up an email notification for when the doc is modified?

    Maybe something like this might suit? (It's not email though)
