    It's five years old, id say they wanted there details up.

    So the information can be held for more than 1 year?Ah right sound.I just thought it was bad.I wouldn't like that sort of stuff held on a database about me.

    I don't think so. Those "notes" look like they were written by the intake women at the labour supply agency. The database looks as if it was meant to be for internal purposes. Seems like a privacy breach to me.

    Report it to the data protection commissioner's office. They handle these sorts of things.
