    Hi All I am a dad of 4 great kids about to start on a seperation agreement.
    Im in oz my wife is back home, she seems to have high demands,
    She wants me to pay $350 half the morg for 13 more years then sign house over. Dont know how that will work she not working we have no problem with child care.. pay $600 a wk child maintenance, Pay VHI, Pay 3rd level and accomadation while there at school. pay other fees i.e swimming lessons music so on.She has not even mentioned her maintanence yet.. Sign over the car to her and not see the kids for 2 years...Ran up credit card to $7000 euro which I have to pay Wants me to pay her $3000 credit union loan...
    She got into my private email sent emails from my account to people at work,
    Said in e-mail to me that I molested my 2 girls raped her beat her up not true I left for my own sanity. I earn $80000 oz dollers 20% less changed to euro. Bank is emty I gave her average of $673 per wk plus she got say $140 a wk child allowance = $ 813................
    I pay 200 on food 150 on fuel 450 on a leased house. I am left with about $750 social life cigs ect not taken into account or tax i will pay....I want to be fair but am I better off going to court let the judge decide,,,,,,,,,,,
