Tayto and rasher sandwich. Nothing beats rashers except double the amount of rashers. Also the description of your sandwhich makes me feel ill.

Try that with a small spoon of Dijon mustard mixed in. And cheddar cheese melted on top.

When I come in from the pub steaming I like to rustle up a heap of ham sandwiches and put them in a biscuit tin. Make a flask of tea, and then head outside to the car where I consume the lot while sitting on the boot ledge and talking to myself about classic GAA matches from the 80's.
