    Hi does anybody know of a lawyer specialising in IT issues/web, the Liability for Loss of Data Under a Web Hosting Agreement ?

    EDIT: Although I suspect this is a bog standard contract issue with some nice exclusion clauses thrown in.

    All you really need is a Solicitor you like that has the first idea what you're talking about, who can instruct a Barrister who would be expert in the area. Given the IT skills I'm presented with on a daily basis by some of my lecturers that might take some searching! :D

    A member of the general public can not normally instruct a member if the law library directly.
