Nibe 1240 UFH One cold room

I have a Nibe Fighter 1240 installed now since 2007. However my master bedroom is cooler than other rooms, it feels as though there is a slight breeze in the room. I have checked the windows for leakage but nothing.
Ideally I would like to get my hands on a smoke pen. Anyone know where I can get one? (i'd prefer not to use a candle)

The master bedroom is the furthest room from the heatpump, but is close to the manifold upstairs.

Here are more details on my setup

House build type: Block, with concrete first floor
Insulation: 100mm aeroboard platinum in walls, 100mm in floor (including first floor), 400mm fibreglass in attic
    Windows: Triple Glazed (German)
UFH: Nibe Fighter 1240 with 2 X vertical collectors (100m). 2 X zones (upstairs and downstairs), 2 X manifolds and 1 stat upstairs.
    Outdoor Stat

I'm very happy with the heating downstairs. I took me sometime to get it just right. The manifold upstairs has the master bedroom flow at 2 (full flow) and the other rooms are at 1 or less.

Here are some details from the menus on my 1240

    Flow Temperature: 28.9 (32.6)
    Curve Coefficient: 6
    Offset Heating Curve: 0
    Flow temp./Min: 28.8 (15)
    Flow temp./MAX: 28.8 (55)
    External Adjustment: 1
    Return temp./MAX: 28.2 (53)
    Degree Minutes: -26
    Outdoor Temperature: 2.2
    Brine in-/out- temp: 9.5 10.3
    Shunt1 +3 mon-fri 02:00-06:00
    Shunt2 -3 mon-fri 20:00-23:00
    Winter mode 13C

Any ideas on how I can improve the heat/flow to the master bedroom without just cranking up the temperature.
Do my numbers on the 1240 menus look ok?]

    Thanks

    two ideas

one get another airtest done - costs around 250

    or

crank up the flow rate on the UFH pump and look at the flow registers on the underperforming room - they should all rise equally and if one does not then the flow rate for that zone is doggy - it might well be its just not getting enough flow - if that fails then get the system purged with a pump - ufh hates air locks

Check that the valves on your upper floor manifold. I suspect you'll find the one linked to your bedroom is stuck.

The valves look ok. Well when I adjust the flow for that room on the manifold the water level does change. Is this what you mean?

I will try increasing the flow rate and check that all the levels increase accordingly

I have a Fighter 1240 problem in that the circulation pump runs non-stop and I think I can change it in menu 9 to intermittent if I can get into the service menu settings – anybody know how to get to the service menu?

Also, is it possible to programme the water heating function for night-time hours using a timer, or is it just the set back that allows for that? At the moment, it is on all the time too. I have asked the installer but he is not very knowledgeable, he left every setting exactly as it was in the manual.

    Thanks
