I have a ps3 and my son is getting one for Xmas.

I have an external hard drive plugged into mine for movies pics etc. my question is, can I network the 2 so that he can feed off my ps3 n watch whatever is on my ps3 on his one?

    thanks

There is no way of connecting this with just a hard drive. For the setup you are looking for you would need a NAS drive connected via a router.

or run the hard drive connected to your pc or laptop on the same wireless network as the ps3s. install a dlna server on the pc and you can stream to both ps3s that way.
