I'm trying to contact the debt recovery unit.
I have a loan in arrears & was talking to someone already last week.
I tried ringing them back but there's no answer on that number.
No sign of a number on the 'Contact Us' page on the website either.
Can someone here provide me a number I can ring?

    Hi H8GHOTI,

Thanks for getting in touch. The number will vary depending on the level of arrears on the account. If the Loan account is only one month in arrears, please ring 1890 882 961. If the account is more than one month in arrears, the number you will need is 1850 667 100.

If you are ringing in relation to a Business Loan, please contact 01 488 2001.

I hope this helps and if there's anything else we can do for you just let us know.

    Thanks
    Pat
