K/D and W/L Comparison

Just wondering what peoples K/D and W/L is like in BLOPs2 compared to other COD games, alot of peoples seemed to have dropped significantly

My K/D on MW3 was about 1.5 and W/L is about 7.5, BLOPs2 is 1 K/D and about a 3 W/L I think

Blops 2 W/L 1 KDR 0.56
MW3 W/L 3+ KDR 1.14
Blops 1 W/L 2+ KDR 1.22
MW2 W/L 0.7 KDR 1.26

Got in with a pretty good group during blops 1 and the w/l improved

Black ops 2 kd 1.35 wl is about .55
Mw3 kd 1.7 wl is about 1.45

Long story short I can't get going on black ops 2 at all.

I have far too many accounts. Some started due to sheer boredom of hitting max prestige on my main account, and others for silly reasons. Example being an Olympia only account. So yeah, I'll need to check it over on Elite later, probably edit this post when I do. I do think I was fairly ****e at MW3 and a bit inconsistent in MW2 and that showed in stats though, rough guess I'd say stats were around 2 which isn't bad going considering I was surrounded by a red mist when I played MW3 namely

CoD4 - 4.5ish K/D, 15 something W/L. Until I got into an infected/hacked lobby and now all my stats are permanently 1.3(3)7 and my rank is rank 1, 10th prestige

BOPS1 - 3 K/D and similar W/L I think

BOPS 2 - 3.24 K/D and 1.7 or 1.8 W/L, W/L being crap is explained by me playing 90% of games so far solo Ground War [/excuse] Stats were the opposite before I mistakenly reset my rank admittedly.

I've always ****ed around with snipers alot and mostly played solo dom, so probably a lot lower than most people who try hard / play in groups all the time.


PS3 Blops 1 2.5ish K/D and similar W/L
PS3 Blops 2 2.9 K/D + 2 W/L (Only played about 15 or so games tho)


Blops 1 on PC i had near a 5 K/D and was top 10/20 on the leaderboards every month, most of the others in the top 50 being cheaters.
Blops 2 stats are a lot weaker tho.. think i've only a 2.2 k/d and a similar W/L


I rarely play with stats in mind tho, its just boring. I tried going try hard on one of my PS3 accounts and just got bored out of my mind using the same 2 or 3 guns over and over... always amazes me when i look at peoples combat record and they've used pretty much the same 3 or 4 guns for 90% of their kills. Most people barely even touch the sniper rifles (The same ones that complain about them !). If you wanna see your K/D take a nosedrive... try playing objectively in solo domination with a sniper rifle !

So anyone with better stats than you is a "try hard" or a hacker?

BTW what's your definition of a try hard?

Me too, I try hard to win and try hard not to die. Sometimes I try hard to trap people in corners or kill them with care packages but that probably makes me more of a cûnt than a try hard :pac:

I've always had a negative K/D afaik, at the mo i'm on 0.85 (it dropped from 0.89 over the course of the few disastrous BRDS games lastnight ), MW3 is 0.81 and BLOPS 1 was 0.96. My win % hovers around the 40% mark.

How good I am in a match seems to depend on a number of random factors pretty much. Can't say I had ever looked at my K/D before I started posting here tbh. I used to be happy if i got a lot of kills regardless of how much i had died. I'm generally happy if I manage to break even at least in a match, but there's never a garauntee that will happen either.

It always feels to me like things such as head glitching/quickscoping/SMG in BLOPS 2 only work for other people because I only ever do well when I just run around with an assault rifle, and even then its not a garauntee.

No idea what MW1(didn't play it much anyway) and MW2 were, anyone know is there a way to get them to come up on my Elite account?

I try hard no matter the set up or situation, if it's a competitive match to a random ass Gun Game where I'd be knifing to wind up people in High Roller to using a riot shield in some pub match!

I find it funny that people look down upon on it. For shame, you like winning! :pac:

Speaking of sniping, I for one haven't snipe much since CoD4 days when I had a 4 bar and pulled host nearly all the time. Why? Because on 2 bar (MW2 was common) / 3 bar it's an issue at times and not worth the hassle. The few times I did snipe in BOPS though, I top scored in parties. Go figure. Maybe that doesn't count because I drag scope more than I quickscopezzzzzzzz

Only goes back as far as Black Ops 1 AFAIK.

not sure abiout previous games but nearly allways around the 1.5 k/d and either side of one for w/l(mind you they are nearly always public hgames).

in Blops2 my k/d is 1.43 and my w/l is.6(pretty much rage quitting due tolag comp:o:eek:)

Ahh its not really meant as a bad thing. Try harding for me is using your "Go to class", nothing wrong with that, i do it when i need to. Some people try hard every game, some people try hard every game while also pub stomping in a party. Some people do it because they don't get bored/like it, some people do it because they enjoy the whole stat side of CoD. For me, maintaining a high k/d is not hard, its just boring using the same easy guns over and over. Just donno how people don't get incredibly bored playing like that.

Blops was the last CoD i played on PS3 properly. It was just too easy when grouped up with boardsies.. i could try hard once or twice at the start of a session (or if we came up against a decent team) and then i'd have to just start ****ing about with snipers/rpg's/shotguns.

Saying that i still consistently topped the scoreboards in any ps3 boards party.

As for the hackers, yeah, on PC the leaderboards were a bit ****ed because you'd have a ton of cheaters at the top (Obvious cheaters.. im not someone who throws the hacking accusations about like a complete noob, they are easy to avoid because of the dedicated servers tho). Probably cause its easier to install cheats and **** on PC, added to the fact that activision don't give a **** about the PC community anymore.

Anyway, my point is... stats are usually meaningless, i've lost count of the number of times i've made players with 4+ k/d's rage quit, as im sure most people on boards have.

on black-ops 2 I havent played much , all games are from merc w/l 3.2 k/d .95

Black Ops 1: 0.93 K/D. Don't know about W/L i'm not interested in that
MW3: 2.10 K/D
Black Ops 2: 1.26 K/D at the moment but it sways a bit each day

Speaking of stats, I'd hate to be someone who cares about their stats and dashboard etc. It's such a waste. The way the majority of the COD community is, nobody is really going to compliment you on your stats or anything.

Coming across a lot of people with "good stats" who dashboard doesn't help the people who have legit stats.
