NFL radio and tv shows

OK, so I was thinking, I follow quite a lot of sports (translation: too many) and most of them are quite well covered here by panel shows on tv and radio etc. Stuff like Off The Ball on Newstalk every evening tends to give me more than my fill of opinion and analysis of soccer, rugby, GAA and what have you.
But I've become pretty obsessed with NFL over the last year or so and there's pretty much nothing to be said about it here unless it's the Superbowl or something ridiculous happens (replacement refs in the Green Bay - Seattle game).
So I was wondering, I love hearing people argue about sport :D, does anyone know any good internet radio shows or stations with plenty of NFL discussion and opinion?

And also, maybe there are good TV shows that can be watched online with plenty of discussion and debate? I find the networks don't really fit much in during the games. There's some decent stuff on NFL.com but surely there must be others.

I probably shouldn't be asking this with exams and assignments coming up, but over the christmas and into the playoffs I'll probably go NFL nuts.
