    Hey Lads
    Getting a turbo trained during the week and just wondering does anyone know any good sites with some free vids to download or view whilst training

    Are you talking about turbo training videos or just videos in general.

    You didn't hear it from me in case eircom come after me but I heard iptorrents.ru is the type of site you are looking for

    I strongly advise you to stay away from cyclingtorrents.nl a very bad site for cycling videos and a few tri's (mainly ironman)

    there is also cycling.tv; used to have free content not sure anymore.

    Meh..

    anything under 60 mins... no entertainment needed
    60 - 120 mins... MTV or live DJ sets on the Ipod
    120 min+... movies
