    whats the options on repairing a crack in front side of pan ? saw locktite marine glue ?

    You cant fix broken viterous china, thats what sanitatyware is made of.
    Its hugely dangerous to patch a wc pan up as its load bearing and could shatter or explode when someone is sitting on it.
    Replace it.
