    Hi.
Just wondering if anyone has heard if the Borough Council are offering free parking around town coming up to Christmas?
I think they had some sort of scheme running last year.

    Thanks !

    I read this on Sligotoday:

    1. Hourly Car Parks (3rd to 31st December inc). Buy one get one free promotion.

    2. Daily Car Parks (17th to 31st December inc). Free parking in these car parks for this period.

Best they can do TBH as the hourly car parks were filled last year with cars parked there for the day from shop and office workers.

I presume the buy one get one free refers to hours not car parking spaces (or will I have to get someone to lie down in the second space while I go off to get another car from somewhere? :D )
