    For those that may like to know, the TP-Link TL-MR3420 (v2) & Three Ireland's E353Ws-2 HiLink work together just fine.

    Found the TP-Link on PCMegabits (Amazon still only have the v1) and the updated firmware at hxxp://uk.tp-link.com/support/download/?model=TL-MR3420&version=V2
    (bug fix note '2. Compatible with Huawei E353Ws-2 from Three Ireland')

    Easy to install, just took a couple of minutes.

    Anyway, there you go.
