Phonewatch alarm issue

    Hi team,

    We have a phonewatch alarm thats now beeping every 4 hours and giving the error System Battery low. Ive been on to Phonewatch and am waiting on a call back to arrange a site visit.
    Is it possible to silence this until the visit as its going off every 4 hours?

    Yes that would be annoying..
    On most systems this can be silenced. You would have to give 1850753753 a call with your details ( to establish that you are a/c owner) and models of system and they can arrange this for you.)
