I'm looking into buying a used set of cdj 2000's. just wondering if anyone out there using them can tell me if the mk1's have the ability to show the beat grid on the display screen or is it just the new nexus model that has this feature?? I'm currently using serato itch and find the large visual of the track playing very helpful when mixing.. But I need to stop depending on it. But if cdj's had this it would help the transition without having to learn all over again.. Thanks in advance..

I just sold my 2000's last week, nice bit of kit. The main difference between the 2000 and the 900 is the screen and also you cant adjust the tension on the jog wheel on the 900. There are videos on youtube that do a full comparison between the 2 models.

    Thanks 1210..
I'll have a look on you tube.. I prob wouldn't be using half of the features on them but I suppose it's a male status thing ha.. You know what they say... The decks you use is directly linked to the size of your penis... Sorry I mean size of your wallet..
