iPhone 4 vibrate not working - anyone had this fixed?

Hi, The vibrate on my partners iphone 4 has stopped working properly. It works if you use the iBrate app and give it a few taps, and also if you hold it at a certain angle it sometimes works. But most of the time if it rings or gets a message it doesnt vibrate. Anyone dealt with this before? I've emailed Cathal @ irepairs…

Hi,
