Laptop screen goin white

Screen on my laptop goes white after a few secs when i log in i can open any window before it goes white n everything dissapears when it goes white . How do i fix this ? Its a fujitsu amilo li 3710

Start the laptop in safe mode (F8) on start up and see if the problem is still there.If the laptop works you probably have a software issue ,update drivers(graphics)if the problem is there in safe mode you have a hardware issue.
