    It's for Christmas. I've only seen them on Amazon US but delivery not guaranteed to arrive in time.

    No Joy on eBay in what respect?

    I can see at lest one listing for both, which have been up for several days, with moderately priced shipping.

    Yes. There is one in the UK but he price is extortionist the others are in the USA.
