I have a 2001 Focus, I lost the remore key for it a while ago. I only have one key now and its looking worn. I was going to buy one from ebay, but I need the immobiliser programed.

Does anyone know how much this will cost?

If you have a worn key, it is caused by a worn barrel, most likely the drivers door or the ignition, it will cause the new key to wear too and most likely give up eventually, also be careful the new might 'stick' in the offending barrel, if it does it will come out with a little giggling. Common FORD problem....
