    That a shame .I heard he recently got Irish citizenship as well

    So if he's 100% eligible now why doesn't he burn through the European level boxers, that is unless he was to get a rematch with Chagaev or someone else on that level. He just needs to box in the public eye more and he'll rocket up the ratings.
