Garda driving a punto

    I was waiting in my car at the lights and a silver punto with blue lights flashed by me and a mondeo followed, I never knew garda drove puntos it cracked me up so much:D:D:pac:

    There used to be quite a few marked Puntos at the beginning of the 2000s.

    What issue do you have with them?

    Usually it'll be a compol unit that has them. In limerick there's 2 fiesta's and a yaris, the job they do means there's no need for a big saloon car.

    I was on o Connell street in Dublin I Thursday and I heard the gardai siren.

    The unmarked car was bashed up 98 toyota coralla in seriously faded red. They must have copped the everyone knows a ford is generally a unmarked car

    Rathmines gardai have a grey Punto van,which has the advantage of being completely anonymous.
