havent refrigerated my flowers. These include hyacinths, crocuses, tulips, anemones and alliums.I have them planted deep at least four inches deep.If they are in fact planted too deep more than 15cm(6 inches)ineffect lead to poor sprouting and blooming?Ive heard that some bulbs/seeds will adjust themselves either up or down to their preferred position/growing conditions is this true?

Most people don't plant bulbs deep enough. There is usually a correlation between the size of the bulb and the depth that you plant it, so it might be a bit deep for the crocuses. I would be inclined to let them get on with it though.
