This is probably a silly question, but can anyone explain bursaries to me?

I applied and was accepted for a grant from SUSI, but today received a letter stating I'd been offered a bursary.
I ask because the info about eligibility is written poorly, as it says I can accept the bursary while also applying for maintenance/contribution fees coverage, but also says I can't be in receipt of a grant from a public body. Those 2 things seem to contradict one another to me.

I'd be grateful for any help you can offer, thanks
