Ok, so i upgraded my main laptop to windows 7 from xp this month, so that was one change. ive now gone to watch the rugby on my other registered device (Netbook) but its saying that this device is not registered and cannot be as ive reached my limit this month? Seems the other laptop is registered twice (In the old XP format and now the new windows 7 format)

Ive been forced to use a stream (Which was actually easy to find and good quality)

Im just making the point that if this is the way things work with sky, then you can wonder why people are using the non legit methods now.

I went to de register the old XP device but it warned me i had made all my changes for this calander month which is strange as i only changed 1 device (The windows 7 upgrade) in the last 30 or so days.

    incorrect,

you can DE-register two devices in 30 days, but only add 1 per calender month.

happened to us where my husband de registered both his phone and the ipad trying to add his laptop (he wanted a bigger screen for one game)
and we had to wait 1 month to add the ipad,
and another month to add the phone.

    the laptop never registered.
