How to match timberframe extension with masonry?

    Hi,

I'm putting an upstairs extension on a masonry single storey that has an external nap plaster finish. I'd like to go with timberframe on the new upstairs, but unsure of how I can get a finish that will mimic the nap finish below.

    So far I have:
Plaster onto marine ply? Unsure about the longevity

Aquapanel? Just know what is on their website. Unsure about the cost

Masonry outer leaf? Not sure about this half'n'half approach.

Double masonry with cavity (same as the existing building) - Would prefer something more lightweight.

    Any suggestions/comments?

    thanks.
    Gambas
