Thinking of putting up a bigger shed where an existing one is. It's currently 45' x 20'. What sort of permission would be needed?

i'm fairly sure you dont need planning if the combined area of your existing sheds including new development does not exceed 30,000 square feet. there are some stipulations with this including not being within 100 ft of neighbours house (or get a signed letter of them or something like) and a couple of other stipulations. you can find it all out if you go into your local co co web page.
