Fashion One On Other Channels

    Does anyone know why I cannot tune the Fashion One channel (or radio caroline) in on my Pace Sky Plus box.

    It works fine on an older standard sky box. I haven't tried a HD box yet.

    Working fine for me on a HD box.

    What happens? Can you not enter the details or does it just not find it in the scan?

    When I enter the details on the plus box and scan it says no signal found. No problem on the other sky box.

    The box has been reset between attempts and I'm missing no channels.

    I thought it had something to do with the channel being a freesat exclusive channel.

    I have Fashion One & Radio Caroline on other channels - BUT bizzarely sometimes these channels dont appear in 'other channels' and then next day they are back.

    Sky HD box and this evening they are not appearing in the other channels list !
