Looks like a 90s website tbh. The site is layed out with tables, loose them and use divs instead. Loose the Flash intro on the homepage, you could replace it with a slideshow using JavaScript. People on Apple and newer Android devices won't see Flash content at all. CSS and JavaScript/HTML5 are the way to go.
Another suggestion would be to link the company logo to the homepage. I hate sites where the logos don't link back home.
