Just a quick one. My bro in law worked here for a month during summer for his work experience from uni in France (He's French). He is long gone home but he asked me the other day if he could get tax back? Can he? I don't know. Thanks for any advice.

Yes, there is a specific form he needs from revenue to do so, but he can, don't know the form offhand, but if no one else replies I'll look it up for you tomorrow.

He should apply to Revenue after 31st Dec.He'll have to submit part of the P 45 he (should've) got when he finished work. This is all dependent on whether he paid tax at all for such a short period of work.
