Same here, ordered parts online after lunch, then realized there was two types, gave them a ring and they emailed me a link to buy the correct part and it arrived early the next day.

It praise for both stages really.
Yes it's the courier's job to get the product to you fast and they've done a great job here but fair dues to MicksGarage for getting the product out to them just as quick. There're a lot of companies that just don't bother.

The first time I ordered from Micksgarage a guy phoned me the next day to say are you sure you want to order that filter, turns out I had ordered a filter for a turbo version of my car and the rest of the stuff for a non-turbo (which was correct). Great service and price, I will definitely buy from them again.

I must say I too was impressed by their service,
They also had a feature where a colour pic of your package was sent to your email when the package was sent from the warehouse.
Handy to know what to look for if anything went wrong.
I ordered at 10am and had the stuff the next day at 9am! amazing service.
Their website needs tweaking though, I tried to buy some droplinks and couldn't add them to the basket.

I also found them great, used their online chat facality to find a rear wiper blade that I could not find on their website, he sent me the link more than helpful. Cost about half the price of the previous replacement.

Unfortunately I bought Bosch front wiper blades a few days before from my local motor factors, forgot to try Mick's garage, checked the price when I was buying the above a €5 cheaper on Mick's garage, free delivery too.

Would definately recommend and will use again, also got a picture of the package when it was shipped, informing me what to look out for and check all was in order that the package was intact etc., before signing.

The website is great, just search the part you need and then you pick your make / model and it's there - free shipping too. Ordered mats and stabilizer links off it, no hassle.

Have used them a few times and would 100% recommend. An oil filter for my wife's Toyoya is 5euro here in local motorfactors in Galway. Exact same brand on micksgarage is 2.65euro. Branded oil online is similar price to generic stuff in my motorfactors locally.

Local motor factors are cheaper and more convenient. If I order a part in my local shop before lunch time they'll have it in by 3.30pm that day. And of course, if you get the wrong part just pop back in with it. It happens!
Plus you don't have to be waiting around the next day for a courier.

I have never had next day delivery from micksgarage. Despite the homepage saying 'order before 4pm for same day delivery'.
I was talking to one of the salesmen on the phone one time before 3pm and he said 'ah in fairness we'll hardly get it out today'. They didn't get it out the next day either. The day after that I rang and asked could they at least guarantee me that it would be sent that day. They couldn't so I just cancelled. Got the part cheaper in a local motor factors.

Had a post here about that incident which seems to have been deleted from the records. Can any mod shed light on that?

A total saving of 2.35... what about delivery
They wanted 170 euro for a set of front pads and discs. Got them in a local MF's for 100 euro.

yeah not bad, i think you have to return within 7 days.

I bought an air pressure gauge from them, that was faulty, i returned it after the 7 days because i didnt get a chance to use it, and turned out to be faulty.

they sent out a replacement within 2 days.
