    No e-mail address just phone and fax from what i can see. Looks like fas is still doing the 80's thing

    The midlands FAS people use firstname.lastname@ml.fas.ie

    But usually the only public email address they give is info@fas.ie to cover the entire country.
    If you use that, it would be appropriate to provide an intelligently chosen subject for your mail so as to prevent it getting lost or ignored.

    or athlone@fas.ie is meant to be live though may not be the building you're looking for.
