It's hard to make out your question with the txtspk - maybe try full words for clarity ;)

Do not use sunbeds. Each time you use one it increases your risk of skin cancer. Skin cancer can kill you, no matter what age you are, it does not discriminate. To risk skin cancer just to brown your skin in a country that does not get much sunshine is not an intelligent thing to do, especially when there are so many effective non-carcinogenic methods of faking sun tan.

Surely it's better to chance living longer for the sake of using spray tan etc?

Agree 100% with the above poster. And if cancer is not enough to put you off sun beds also age your skin. You will most likely regret it in years to come.

Do NOT use sun beds! (unless you want to increase your risk of melanoma/skin cancer severely and have prematurely aged skin that looks like leather).

The cosmetics industry successfully innovated lots of fake tan products in recent years that are much easier to use and much less smelly. There are a million videos on YouTube (both reviews and how-to videos) on different types of tanning products.
