itunes match music is gone

all my music from itunes match has disappeared. how do i get it back does anyone know? i had almost 10,000 songs there and now it says there is none

On your computer? On your iDevice? Both?

I assume your iTunes Match subscription is still active?

ye from my computer and yes my subscription is still active. is there anyway of 'redownlaoding' it all or something. im logged into itunes but my library is empty

Make sure you are logged into the correct iTunes account and then turn off and on iTunes Match from the Store menu.

But your library shouldn't be empty. You might have a bigger problem than iTunes Match.

ye im not sure whats going on really. iv tried signing out and in again, iv deauthorised and re authorised the laptop. i brought in some music from a folder and it went into my library and now itunes match is saying i have 23 songs. looks like they are totally gone

Have a look in your iTunes Music folder and see if your music is still there.

It looks like a problem with your library rather than with iTunes Match, i.e. your iTunes library has been corrupted or deleted.

Is this your only machine? Do have any other computers connected to this iTunes account using iTunes Match? Was this the machine and iTunes library that you originally matched your music on?

ye it was the same computer that they have always been on. i should have them all backed up somewhere else i think but just found it strange that they disappeared from the 'cloud'. thanks for the help
