Corrosion damage on alloys

    Have a good bit of corrosion damage on the lip of my alloys. Anyone know where i could get this fixed at a reletively good price too!? Thanks

    Without seeing the damage its hard to tell.

    Is the alloy holding air? Is it just the lacker?

    Wheeldoctor, Tallaght powder coating would be two places to try.

    There are some scare stories about powder coating alloys and cracking, Iv yet to see anything other than internet forum talk on it but worth researching.

    Thanks jimmy. Yes alloy is holding air it is just the laquear peeling off making the alloys look terrible. I got a quote of 60 euro an alloy to get them re-done which seems very expensive when you could pick up a seond hand set for that. I have read the article but it seems to be more into re doing the whole alloys and not the crome part. Thanks
