Hi all have been apporoved for mortgage, first time buyer, and have a question about securitisation? Have been told that loans and credit card loans from BOI or affiliates can be secured against mortgage or property? I presume of we dont pay loans or credit card? what does affiliates mean? Does anyone understand this?…
