Contract Worker seeking Permanency

Hi - I'm looking for some help and advice regarding my contract. I have had 4 continuous contracts but as far as I know 3 of them have been contract extensions. The first one was a fixed term contract. I'm seeking advice to see if someone can tell me if I get the fifth contract does the company have to offer me a permanent…

The company also have permanent employees already.
